In an interview with Benny Johnson, JD Vance said he is working on releasing the UFO files, and that when he first came in, he was very focused on them. He said he got busy with the economy and national security, but he still wants to \u201cget to the bottom\u201d of the UFO files before his vice presidency ends.<\/p>\n

He also said he has not yet been to Area 51, even though he has thought about going there and to New Mexico to investigate. He said he is more curious about UFOs than most people and that he has access to very high-level classified information.

When Benny Johnson pressed him on whether UFOs are aliens, Vance said he does not think they are aliens. He said he thinks they are \u201cdemons\u201d instead, and then explained that he sees them as celestial or spiritual beings, not just extraterrestrial life.

He added that many world religions, including Christianity, accept that there are strange things that are hard to explain. He said that when he hears about extra-natural phenomena, he thinks in Christian terms: there is good in the world, but also evil, and one of the devil\u2019s tricks is making people think he does not exist.<\/p>\n
