In a conversation with Seth Holehouse on the show “Man in America,” Max Lowen spoke about supposed underground systems and advanced technology. She said there are large underground bases across the United States connected by tunnels, where people can travel very quickly. She claims these places have advanced technology and secret programs, including cloning and experiments.

She also shared her personal story. She says she was part of something like MK-Ultra. According to her, she was put into machines that spun her around and made her very disoriented. She described being in lab-like environments. She also claims she saw a “gray” being, like the ones often mentioned in UFO stories, being experimented on.

She talked about alleged programs where embryos are created in labs and genetically enhanced. She claims these embryos are implanted into captive women who are forced to give birth. After the baby is born, she says the mother is killed, and the child is raised in controlled environments and trained for special abilities.

She says these children are trained to develop unusual powers, similar to abilities seen in shows like Avatar: The Last Airbender. She claims she was trained in such abilities and says these programs try to turn people into “super weapons” with enhanced skills.

She also claims there is technology that can transfer consciousness from one body to another. She mentions experiments to create hybrid beings that are part human and part animal. According to her, these experiments are done on captive people without concern for their suffering or survival.
