This Man claimed that in 1994, during a US military exercise, he saw an unusual alien being in a military-style uniform whose skin had a light blue tint, no ears & eyes like Crocodile that freaked him out. The being told him that his craft was damaged and that he needed some material to repair it.

This man named Jason Sands, who said to be former U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant/intelligence specialist, claiming he had an encounter in 1994 near Nellis Air Force Base/Test Range.

Jason was in the lead truck of a military convoy near Quartz Mountain when he saw a man in a normal military uniform standing by the road and then running toward them.

As the man got closer, Jason saw his skin had a light blue tint like someone freezing, and a teammate suddenly shouted “he’s got no ears,” which Jason at first thought was just a rude comment.

Jason got out of the truck to help, thinking the man was hypothermic, but at about three feet away he saw clearly that this being had no ears, eyes about twice normal size, and that strange blue skin tone, which terrified him.

When they locked eyes, Jason says it felt like looking into a crocodile’s eyes, pure fear, but then the being started “talking,” and Jason calmed down enough to respond.

The being spoke out loud in a language that sounded like Norwegian, which Jason could not understand with his ears, but at the same time Jason understood the meaning telepathically in his mind.

The being said his craft was damaged and he needed material (it is unclear what the material name was, but many interpreted Jason as pronouncing something like “tintillium/trintillium”) to repair it; Jason tried to help, suggested the Area 51/Dreamland people might have advanced metals.

Nearby, about 50 yards off the road in the desert, Jason saw the craft: a white, egg‑shaped cockpit about the size of a fighter‑jet canopy with a flat black “pancake” section on the back, no wings or propellers, unlike any aircraft he knew from Red Flag.

After a few minutes of back‑and‑forth; Jason speaking English, the being answering in another language plus telepathy; the being returned to the craft, which lifted straight up with a faint, odd squeak like a fan belt, climbed in a step‑like way, then flew off toward the south‑southeast and out of sight.

During the whole encounter, Jason’s three teammates in the truck looked “zoned out” like zombies and later claimed they hadn’t seen anything, though the ranking man firmly told him not to talk about it, which makes Jason think they may have had “missing time.”

Jason then drove on to Black Mountain in shock, completed the day’s work, and later that day experienced his own missing time after walking a short distance alone from the site, which he links mentally to the encounter.
