UFO expert Steven Greer warns that rogue actors within the government may be on the verge of staging a fake alien invasion across the planet.
In a conversation with Michael Franzese, Dr. Greer says that the former German scientist Wernher von Braun, when he was close to death, warned that powerful groups would one day fake an alien attack on Earth. Von Braun supposedly said the whole thing would be a lie meant to deceive most people.
Dr. Greer claims that some secret factions already have advanced technologies that could create realistic illusions of UFO events. He believes many military sightings people think are alien are actually tests or operations run by covert government aerospace programs.
Dr. Greer explains that the main goal of staging a false alien invasion would be to unite all nations under a single military or authoritarian world government.
In his view, by creating a bigger outside threat, something from space, these groups could make humanity join together in fear and accept total control. He says this plan has existed for about seventy years. According to him, there are old CIA documents from the 1950s discussing how the UFO topic could be used for “psychological warfare,” meaning it could manipulate public opinion.
He also warns that powerful insiders might even try to influence world leaders, such as former President Trump, to believe this false narrative. Greer suggests that advisors around the president could secretly work for those deep government operations and feed him misleading information, taking advantage of his busy schedule and limited time to investigate such complex issues.
